I know mdrx8 refilled his tub in about a month or 2

OK, I *thought* that's who got the recent refill, but I couldn't remember for sure.

So just off the top of my head, I'd say every tub is good for around 18 "put it on everything you can see" coats on large cars..

Hmmm...even with really thick applications that sure isn't many. I gather it's OK on plastic/rubber trim, right? No staining?

If it's visible, it gets waxed. :) Glass, rubber, trim, plastic, everything.

It's a 22 oz. container. I think it'd be fair to assume one ounce per application on an average sized car using average amounts of wax. I do tend to over-apply just about everything, including the Vintage. Plus, my cars are huge: Sequoia and Charger.

The Polished Bliss guys on DW said they got about 40 cars out of their first "pot", but the little toys they drive over there in GB hardly qualify as "cars" over here. ;)

I think they run it as a franchise. Where you pay the franchise fee and they do all of the advertising and stuff for you. I know I wish some of the makers I sell for would advertise more instead of leaving it up to the sellers.

I belive this is correct. i know on there website, if you hunt it down, there is somthing that says they have an advertising program, and pre made stuff you can use. They also said they would pay a portion of advertising....

this s from the zymol website (hope they dont mind i copied and pasted it), but full credit is due to them

Shared Advertising

As a member of our elite Authorised Reseller community you get the opportunity to participate in our Shared Advertising Program worldwide.

Shared Advertising was created to help you cut advertising costs and expose your company to new markets.

Shared Advertising is a simple concept. It is nothing more than condominium advertising plan that lowers the advert cost for all participants. Shared Advertising allows you to gain exposure for your company in publications that are at the most desirable, and expensive, end of the affluent market.

When an affluent publication is chosen as an advertising target the total cost to place the ad is shared equally between the participants and there is no limit to how many adverts you can be in.

You can be part of the Shared Advertising team within a few weeks after your approval*.

To start the Authorisation process please fill out our simple registration form or call (800) 999-5563 [International (203) 484-1622)].

Yeah, I forgot that they reimburse you for advertising as well. Not a bad deal really. It also helps keep every Tom, **** and Jane from selling their items which also helps resellers.

OK, good, that's what I wanted to hear.

Heh heh, and I wonder about applying it to things like the XJS and the RX-7 :o

Heh heh#2, OK, that's sorta in my ballpark and no, the two vehicles in question aren't really cars to me either...more like interesting mechanical devices and/or time-machines to when I was young and immortal :D

Yes its been about six weeks and got mine refilled. I wax my car every week. I definitely over apply. I messed around with it some with polycharger, adding coconut oil to it, aplying 2 coats back to back, etc. I have not abused the intent of free refills at all. That is why I paid $1,800.00 for. I'm gona use it!!!

Hey there, have you tried adding carnauba to it? I came across some chips and thinking of doing that.

BTW – your Field Glaze is on the way. I took a little loss on it, but feels good to help a fellow Autopian . . . especially when they’re using Zymol :hifive:

:hifive:

No haven't tried adding Nuba to it. But I did apply a extra thick coat on my car and let the whole car dry. Needless to say it was hard to remove! Thanks for the FG....
