My order from Proper auto care

Today my order from Proper Auto Care came-

4 items:

Menzerna Final Finish PO85RD

Menzerna PO106FF 32oz

Menzerna Intensive MEN-IP32 32 oz.

Menzerna Final Polish II, MEN-FPII32



Here is the problem:



-When I was unpacking though, I noticed the FPII weighed about half as much as the others. I double checked and I did in fact order all the same size, 32oz and on the package it says 32 oz...



Stupid questions:

Are polishes packed by weight or volume?

Does a company like proper auto care buy polishes in bulk then re packs (and therefore its a possibility they filled the wrong amount)?



I emailed Properautocare immediately but I have not heard back from them...



Any assistance would be very much appreciated!
 
Its marked 32oz but half full - the other polishes are in the same bottle marked 32 oz and closer to the top... That is why I'm baffled.
 
I recently ran out of FPII and had to restock. The container specifies fl. oz. Furthermore, my SIP and 106 both say 1 quart. Unless you purchase directly from the UK or other overseas retailer it appears to all be english fluid units.

my PO85RD is in 1 quart. -Everything else is packaged in the same style bottle labeled 32oz



If I don't get a return email, I'm going to call tomorrow -I've ordered over $500 (my flex + pads) since march, they should definitely send me another.
 
Just wanted to give a Thumbs up for the FAST service and reply from proper auto care. I received a reply to my email today- and they have a replacement already on the way. A+
