ps, i know the pics aren't of the highest quality. I have 2 other digi cams, a 1.3 megapixel and a 3.1. But i got this little logitech card camera for xmas last year and i like taking it around with me and snapping random pics. so i just happened to have it with me in the garage and i decided to take some pics! i almost like the effect of the low quality camera. :) the camera really does well in natural light. these pics are undited, right off the camera.

pps, i wish i could get that bike out of there, its my wifes from middle school or something. she doesnt ride it, but wont let me get rid of it!

hey

this is completely off topic but your neighborhood looks very familar

do you live in ellicott city?

nope! germantown. thanks for all the good replies. this is my 1st garage. as for the broom, i'll be sure it doenst fall. and for the wallvac, i have only had it less than a week and so far i like it fine. i have only done my car with it so far. the wifes is next!

I'm currently looking into re-doing my garage and I'm strongly considering these guys. You might want to check them out:

It's not the cheapest. I estimate for my small 2 car garage (roughly 450 sq. ft), it will be about $10K. That would include paneling all 3 walls, all the shelves, benches, accesories I want, and the garage floor surface.

I've got the same poblem in my garage -- it's just too darn small. I too live in Germantown, and to get my "baby" in the garage, I literally only have an inch and a half on either side of the car. Also, we've got a LOT of stuff being stored in there. I'm thinking about building an overhead storage area and possibly adding some hanging wall cabinets to make it feel a little more roomy.

I've had that vac for about 2 years or one just like it that I got at sears. It works great for an $80 little vac that you can hang on the wall and has about 18ft of hose. Mine is hung between my two garage doors and I have a remote hooked up to it so can turn it on and off without walking back to it.

p.s. I am just up the street in Damascus.

I know the feeling, I have the same size garage. I hate not being able to spread the doors out on cars and having to work in tight spaces, but better than not having one at all.
