My next order

Hey everyone, I am about to order some more stuff from PAC, and wanted to ask a question.

I am buying some poorboy's PwC and PP, so I was wondering if these would replace the need for something like Klasse AIO? I live in San Diego, so it gets warm and sunny pretty quick and I like the ability to use the prducts in the sun.

I am also going to be buying some Edge buffing pads. Is there one or two colors that I should stock up on?

Thanks for the help!

Richie

I have found tooo many uses for AIO not to have, but I use AIO before my application of EX

I first get the paint looking good
DACP (Meguiars) or SWR 2, (with my rotary)
AIO or Speed Glaze (with my PC)
Then Poorboys EX or UPP
and maybe a Wax topper

PwC and PP can be used as substitutes for AIO. PwC is an "all in one" product, but it adds carnauba protection instead of acrylic. PP has the chemical cleaning characteristics of AIO, but adds no protection. Make sure that the product you choose (PwC, PP, or AIO) will be compatible with any following layers.

As for pads, it depends upon the condition of your. Polishing pads (Edge blue) are the most popular type and would work well with any of the 3 products mentioned above. Finishing pads (Edge white) can be used for sealants and waxes, or with polishes if the paint is in very good condition. Move up to a light cut (Edge green) or cutting pad (Edge yellow) if you have moderate to serious surface issues. I like to dedicate a separate pad for each product.
