ITs awhile man. I will be done with my MBA soon and my career is picking up, I am also starting to study for my CFA and have the first test on Dec 7th in Miami.

But whats scary is when my wife is done with med school, and I am done with my MBA me and the wife will have enough school debt by the age of 30 to buy a Lambo Aventador

So it might be awhile....might have to start detailing cars on the side:rockon

We buy a house (adjustable rate of course), take the equity out based on the advice from the local "banker". Buy the car that cost 100k, since the banker said the interest is tax deductible.... and rest is history....

Sad part is above is a true story from one of my clients....
