just got approved on a lease and it already has this built in the backyard.. has a bathroom in the back .. was wondering what is the best option for lighting and flooring... also any other imput would be appreciated.. im excited about this new lot.. has a big back yard too so i can use that land for more income .. storage ..etc

looks like a good start.

i'd do concrete then coat it, and also make a drain so i could wash cars inside if need be.



as for lighting, not really sure. a mix for sure to be able to capture different defects.



are you going to put up sheet rock on the walls?
 
Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but is there a garage door ? The pictures don't clearly show one if there is....
 
Whats the deal with the floor? Looks like it is part concrete and part dirt? Is this a big shed or a garage?
 
I'd definately get a floor poured in there or it's going to get messy. Seeing that it's a lease, will the landlord pay for any permanant upgrades?
 
hey guys .. sorry for the reply.. yes doors are there.. just fold out doors though.. kind of like a barn setting... the previous owners were lanscapers.. i see it has potential but not sure what tools to get .. i know about the lighting but is there a special watts i should be looking for .. or brand..etc... and i read i should paint the walls white for better lighting? also thinking of attaching some overhead structures next to it so i have parking areas for the vehicles when their done... place has a huge back yard so i want to put it to work... going to offer my customers drop off service the night before and i will try to get it done for them for work in the morning
