My New Porsche GT3RS 2010

Thanks, yes not to everyones liking and LOUD graphics which can go.



Still not 100% sold on this one as I really wanted a yellow paint to sample or the matte grey shown on the F430 pics.

I love the orange ones withe the black accents. I'd want mine with the factory rollc age too :)
 
I personally love everything about the way that car looks. Highly dramatic. Totally appropriate for the nature of the car, and it doesn't look cheap. Perfection.

Sure, there are more colors and paint to sample. Looking into the PTS as I play with colors.



I know the white one is a customer order waiting for P/U.



I still like fly yellow, it's a bit brighter than Porsche speed yellow.



On the fence at this point.

Yea, I'm leaning to matte grey if possible or Fly Yellow, both paint-to-sample.



Not too sold on the color combo when I viewed it in person.



Besides, my real goal was to do a factory delivery as well and take it on the "Ring" before shipping to USA. I'll soon decide.

deanski, i would wait and order it. yes the spring and summer are around the corner, but to drive your car around the ring would be a once in a lifetime kinda thing. hope to see you on the rt 7 connector, well just your ass:chuckle:

I think you misunderstood. Perhaps I can be more clear: In my opinion: The cars themselves are gorgous, as I mentioned repeatedly above. However I hate the red wheels and graphics. And red on on grey I find particularly unattractive. Tone down the red however and it would be a completely great looking car. The red is like some kind flaring angry zit on an otherwise attractive face.
 
beautiful ride! How much do you enjoy your job, I'm at school right now for that same area, hopefully getting my masters in the next 3 years!

Yea, I think you're right. I'm leaning to the paint to sample/factory delivery etc.



Driving the ring would be my ultimate goal and seeing this car was shipped with this color combo, I may pass and wait for my turn if I can get factory delivery, I'm not sure if they can do it for GT3RS model, but I can only ask.



I like the white one that a customer is picking up. No decals, just the highlights and after seeing a few w/o all the red or other colors, I have to agree that simple color looks better that all this busy highlights of red.



Time to look into factory delivery and hopefully prior, get some time on the ring so when the time comes, I can really enjoy the drive without putting myself into the armco.

Those wings look a lot like the "cup" wings on 996s:

A guy at my gym has a lime green one w/black rims. I would not get the decals and writing on the side if it was an option. I think this guy has a lime green lambo too. I see that at the gym every so often also.

i agree. do you get the clown feet and nose with those cars? :chuckle:
 
I think the GT3RS look great in just about every combination. I like 'loud' cars, but I seem to be the minority.

However, I'm passing on this one as I will be waiting for an allocation for a fatory delivery done to PTS (Paint-to-Sample) in the near future.



Looking at both a fly yellow color or a matte finish one.
