My New Porsche 2010 GT3RS

:lmfao at loosing the wing

Yea, I know. It's a track/street car anyway.

I may be going towards factory delivery, paint-to-sample (fly yellow) or matte grey. This way, I can take it on the "Ring" then bring it back for shipment to USA and dealer.

It's always been a dream to run the "Ring" in a GT3RS. I may go over prior to get time on it so when it does get completed, I can run the "Ring" better and enjoy it that much more after knowing it and experiencing it. If I didn't, I may put it into the Armaco or worse. The "Ring" is very tricky to drive well and in a GT3RS, you don't just motor around if you know what I mean.

I may let this one go and wait. Still not locked and ready to commit on this one.

I want to get the GT3RS that I spec.

Oh it's about 450Hp and can run the "ring" in say 7.32 or less if you have large testicles.

Damn, now thats a sweet ride. I would go with the yellow though if all possible. However, the grey looks very nice also. Damn that thing is sweeeet looking :bigups

Loose the spoiler?

The Cup tires should do you good. I was just talking about those with a Porsche guy this weekend. He got about 5000 miles out of them even on the track. He went with some Pirelli tires for his next set and only got 2000 out of them, so he will be going back to the Cup tires next.

Definitely an aggressive looking car! Definitely not a practical daily driver, but also obviously not meant to be. ;) What are your thoughts on the red mirrors and wheels? I understand what the car is meant for, but that just doesn't seem to flow well for me. I think I'd probably go for all loud or all stealth, but not a mixture of both. The wheels and mirrors look just a little out of place to me. Maybe seeing it in the sun with a better camera will win me over. It is hard for me to look at any Porsche with anything but lust, so I'm sure it will grow on me. :)

I would love to have a job that affords me a toy like that. Most of my toys have to stay in the four figure range. ;) You are a very lucky guy!

We've got about 12,000 on ours and on the 3rd set of tires - and it needs another set now.

Of course, it's also the second motor......

Good thing Porsche picked up the tab.

I am passing on the grey one as I really want a PTS (Paint to sample) in Fly Yellow or a matte black seen on this 997 GT3RS.

I really like the look of this black if I went back to black again.

I'll be doing a factory delivery so I can "Ring" it.
