My New Embroidered shirts

Just thought I'd say that I finally got my shirts through a local place and they were only $25 each with a $25 one time set up fee for the machine. If anyone would like a link lemme know. Did a Z06 friday and the customer emailed me to tell me that he thought it gave my business a more professional look than some guy showing up in dingy t-shirt so I thought it was well worth the investment and it's free advertising if I wear it out.

I tried to go local for mine but the price difference was too large, I applaud you for improving your business image and supporting your community at the same time.

The nice embroidered polos I got online have done nothing but good for my business. Being such a small part of the budget, I think an entrepreneur looking to expand who doesn't get themselves at least a few shirts is lacking the vision to see the big picture. Citing you, just wearing them out is a walking advertisement.

and you know how this is supposed to be done- host then post!

i want my shirts silkscreened. i have red/black dickie pit shirts for myself and my helper. i think it does set a better standard than just regular clothes

I bought some Red Polo's at Sams and a few 100% cotton aprons off ebay and i'm gonna get the polo's embroidered with my logo and then the aprons are gonna get silk screened with my logo, and wear the black Dickie pants and shorts. just waiting on the aprons to get here. I found out that the local place that makes my business cards can make ink pens for $.30 and hats for $4 so im gonna go check them this week some time

Mine are dickies style and I love em! I only got the charcoal and navy.

I like it! Very nice :)

What would be your thoughts on perhaps a polo shirt? Just curious, I do like the shirts very professional looking.

so the shirts and the embroidery work together was $25 a piece for the shirts and then the $25 for the one time setup fee, correct?

I should look into that. Right now i have silk screened shirts and i use to have polo shirts but haven't had any made lately since my last ones failed from being used so much lol

I thought about it but I don't feel like going with a polo as I wanted to have more of an industrial feel. Just personal preference.

I take that back. It was $125 for 4 shirts and the setup fee. Just looked. I was wrong. It was a $40 one time set up fee.

Yay! my aprons got here today, So i'll probly go get my aprons and polo's done tomorrow and see how much it cost. and get some ink pens made up too. I think it's like $8 to get a logo embroidered on a shirt, not sure on a screen print. but I am all about supporting the local businesses around here.

very nice! I did the same thing with mine... I ended up paying a fortune for some t-shirts and fitted polos from the local place.

wow, that seems like a lot for just 4 shirts and of course the setup fee.

so the shirts were about $21.25 ea. including the embroidery.

That logo flows nicely with those shirts and that dark gray looks good. You got me thinking about getting some of these shirts made now. I still have a dozen or so brand new shirts left but i might need to either get some embroidery or get some polo's silk screened now.

I figured that the shirts themselves are usually around $25 each at the store so I'm happy.

I just dropped off my $14 red polo and my $3 black aprons at the embroidery shop. the polos are going to be $6 a piece and the big apron is going to be $12 a piece. I'll post up the pics when i get them back

Very nice, but it looks like it won't do all that well while you're dripping sweat in the middle of summer. Dark thin shirts like this will immediately look wet at the 1st sign of sweating. Might look kinda weird to imagine.
