So I decided that the great white north wasn't going to kick my *** for yet another winter so I got something to help me go through the 3 feet of snow that falls up here. So far I love it. Anyway, I got it from the dealership and told them not to touch the exterior so it was nice to know that I was starting with a clean slate when I was in the bay at the dealership pulling off the white shipping plastic myself! Anyway here's what she looks like! Plans for next summer include getting an 8' trailer to accommodate my detailing supplies.

Washed with Megs Deep Purple
no claying needed
Finessing pad with AIO
Megs #16 because I wanted to see what kind of shine I could get with a product I know has some long term durability.
Stoners More Shine on the tires and wells
PB Wheel wax on the rims
303 Convertible Vinyl top protectant on the roof!

BTW, if anyone knows any good combos for metallic blue, let me know, I'm all ears for suggestions!

Nice ride as for the combo you have a good one going...for the clay I disagree...take a plastic sandwich bag and put over your hand and palm side down run that over the surface...if feel it feels rough then that's what clay will take off...not met a new car that didn't need it....

You might want to look at a real good plastic cleaner and polish for those windows...the one that I like is Novus you can see it online...also for the top the 303 is very good but Ragg Topp has a cleaner and protectant designed for tops just like yours.

I'm jealous of the ride I've had three Jeeps

Thanks. I keep getting suggestions for different products and I have a shopping list that keeps growing. At first it was just a foam gun and now it's about 6 products long. lol. I hate being OCD about cars! :rofl
 
you can use the 303 aerospace protectant on those windows as well. i have been treating my camper canvas windows on my boat with that stuff, and has kept them looking like the day i bought them. and they don't live in the nicest of environments.

I thought that 303 was a vinyl protectant didn't realize that it would do any good on clear...there is no streaks?
