Sorry I've been hiding recently. I've been bombed out trying to still work full time and get my stuff sorted for going full time detailing in Jan. Most of this week has been lost de-swirling the van I bought. A few teaser pics to show you were the fight is being won.

Great Job Iain! Looks super and ready for graphics. I too tape all the BMW's that I do, or I would spend hours cleaning up the plastic (especially the X Series SUV's).

Have a Boddington's for us Yanks that can't get it. Or, better yet: make that a Theakston's Old Peculiar!

No, thanks for posting. Do not see many vans that look like that here in the USA. Will have a lot of work keeping that van clean for the business.

Good Luck on the new business!!

Nice work and nice van. I would like to see the inside when you get it set up.

I work out of an o2 astro van. with a 100 gallon water tank and a honda pressure washer. I have a shop as well.

Will you do some graphics on the side with your business name?

Man I can't wait to see it and the inside's layout when youre done!!!

Just a neat looking ride!

If you have interior pics with your equipment, let us see.

PLEASE!

Thanks Guys,

once its all done I'll do a full post for you guys, showing 400 litre tank, petrol pressure washer, diesel generator and all lined, painted and presented just as highly on the inside as the sign written outside will be ;)

Thanks again to everyone for your comments.

Iain

:wow: The paint looks incredible! Further proof that prep is the key to a superior finish!

Post more pics when you finish it completely!

We have the same van in our company, only white and it's the longer version. It's quite comfortable and drives very well, but the plastic trim is a PITA, to keep up. Great job and I am waiting for the afters also :2thumbs:

Great work with some of the most underused swirl removing products in the industry.

Mad props:chuckle:

I really like the Pinnacle swirl removers, no dust, no spritzing required. Just damn good clean performance, the van with no sealant and wax is proof of that

Excellent work! I took Totoland's advice and had a Boddington's, too!

PS: what model Ford van is that? It is not available on ths side of the pond.

what beautiful results . . . this changes my oppinion on the pinnacle products i just got rid of . . .leads me more to beleive it was user error on my part . . .however i have never tried them with a rotary . . .

anyway . . . beautiful work . .

Well apart for one graphic off line things went pretty much to plan.
