My New Car... Freshly Detailed... 56k warning

Hey Everyone... I havent posted in a long while. I hope all is well on Autopia.



Anyway, I recently got a new SUV... a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I just detailed her today and took some pictures. I used up my old Z2 and topped with S100. Tell me what y'all think!

Your Mountaineer looks really good too, very wet in the shots where the sun is hitting the sides. :)
 
I just sold my 03' Mercury Mountaineer. 4.6 V8 (2wd 3.73 gears) Black montone (Premier Edition), looked gorgeous. Was pretty damn quick as well, had a custom true dual CGS exhaust installed, Mac intake, and JBA headers. Could crank off around 14.9's, which is awsome for just 3 easy mods on a normal suv. Had a nice, firm but smooth ride as well.



I still have my 00' 5.0 Mountaineer, been great trucks. The 3rd gens are just so sharp looking (02-05's). Only thing bad about the 04-05's is Ford has TBW that sucks and is laggy, 02-03 trucks are snappy as hell and noticeably quicker. If you get an SCT Flasher it'll help a ton (though you might think it's normal if you havenm't driven an 02 or 03'). Stupid TBW really makes the new F-150's seems so lethargic as well.
