I got another bottle of ONR in today and it is brown. Did they change the color? It smells the same. Anyone know what the deal is?

IIRC the original batch discolored over time. Looks like you got an older bottle than your first one. You might want to search on "ONR color".

my original bottle was another color at one time..the color is consistent with the bottle on the left..the color dosen't effect the product

Mine changed colors too. It still works fine.

All the old stock should be sold soon. I bought a gallon of the old stuff from my local Optimum distributor because he was knocking $5 off the price. Works just the same and $5 is lunch!

The new, new version not only has the nicer, more stable blue color but it is also scented. Reminds me of 7-Up.

Hmmm, I'm almost sure the 2 gallons of ONR I have are the new batch because so far they are just as blue as when they arrived about 7-8 months ago but mine doesn't really have any kind of added scent, at least nothing that smells like 7-up. I always just thought its smell was the natural scent of the chemicals within ONR, nothing that was added to have fragrance value. I don't have an old bottle to compare it to though.

CG's ONE on the other hand is one of the best smelling products I've ever smelled. I still haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, but always like to open it just to take a whiff. I literally have to remind myself not to take a swig of it. There's something about it that tells my mind that I want to find out what it tastes like. I have other products that smell really good too, but it's just this one that I feel this way about. It's weird!

I have to worry that some of the people here really get into the scent of the products........All that HUFFING needs to stop It kills your brain!:woohoo:

I tried Banana Wax the other day - really smelled like bananas, beats the heck out of the old days using Dupont Rain Dance!

hahaha, detailers sure love smelling their products. I really like the smell of some Meguiar's products :P. OCW smells okay too.

My gallon of ONR did the same. I thought something funky might be growing in it. But after I posted what had happened on this forum Scottwax and others said it was no problem. I am still using it.
