My new 2012 Ford Focus

After waiting 6 weeks for my car to be built from the factory, I finally got it this past Saturday! I am loving it so far and have been tackin' on the miles ever since I picked it up.

The exterior is called "Tuxedo Black" and has a TON of metallic flake in the paint. As you can see from the photos, it is extremely shiny in the sun.

The interior is called "Tuscany Red" and is two-tone leather. The interior shots were my first attempt at car interior shots.

Steps I took to detail it:
1 - Wash with PB Super Slick Shampoo
2 - Clayed with Pinnacle Clay bar
3 - PB Black Hole Show Glaze
4 - PB EX Sealant
5 - Pinnacle Carnuba wax
6 - (Interior) Zymol Leather Conditioner
7 - (Interior) PB Natural Shine protectant
8 - PB Tire Gel

Great looking ride and very nice write up. One of my cars is Tuxedo Black Metallic. If you want bling, then put a good sealant on it and the flake will shine. It will get heads turning.

My only gripe with the color is that it is not black black but gray (in the absence of light) and picks up colors from anything around it.

Beautiful color inside and out. I like that the red is not like Ferrari red but a different shade that really compliments the rest of the Interior !

Gotcha. I went on the Ford website, built your Focus, and figured it out. Seriously what a cool car, congrats again!

I love the Tuxedo Black... Great job. I had it on a '10 Taurus and it looked great!
At night the flake had sort of a rainbow effect.....I wish it was offered on the Mustang
