Where is home for you? I have an Iron Horse (North Face Edition) full suspension and disc's that I also love. I wipe it down from time to time but have been afraid to soak it down? No issues with the derailer or sprokets? I clean the spokes and hubs and wipe the frame but never full out H2O.

Most fun I have ever had getting an intense full body/cardio workout.

I live in central Illinois. Yes i just sprayed the super bike wash, then use a old soft bristle toothbrush in some spots, and last spray with lite water pressure. I too love good cardo burn.
