I always get them from the Kitchen Care aisle. Usually it's near the grocery section with big Mops and ladders sticking up. The bottles are usually in a cardboard box on the bottom shelf. They have red and blue sprayers.

do you guys use funnels to fill these bottles from gallon jugs of apc, wax, etc.....

if not funnels, then what do you use?

Thanks

I just use a funnel right now, easy and works. I'm trying to find some spout like spickets that are caps that I can screw on my gallon sized jugs but am having no luck so far.

those sprayers from autogeek fit the bottles from wal mart then? Im gonna go pick up a bunch tomorrow, never made it tonight

online poker is consuming me tonight

You could try checking Kragen's or AutoZone for an oil on/off screw-on spout. I use one for when I'm pouring in oil into my engine.

Great organization by the way. I think I might do the same just for my personal benefit. :chuckle:

Yea they fit all basic spray bottles, 16, 24, 32, oz.

I think, if I remember correctly, the tubing was slightly long. It's not a big deal because you can just cut about an 1" off or so and have it fit.

Or you can just swap the tubing that came with the Wal-Mart sprayers for the AG Sprayers if that makes since.

Thanks Whitethunder, Im on my way to walmart here in a little bit. Gonna mix some APC when i get home.

Hey do you use distilled water when you dilute products? If so, why?

Thanks

I usually do. You certainly don't have to, I just personally feel better using this clean water than regular tap water.

Well i just got back from walmart and the bottles were right where you said they were whitethunder!

Thanks again, I picked up 4 bottles, a funnel and some distilled water. Time to mix some chemicals!

Now its on to usplastics to pick up some bottles for polish.

Im glad I will be traveling light soon.

Thanks for your help!

Cool.

I don't recall seeing it, although I could have overlooked it as well, but where did you get the fine mist sprayers? Very good to have for use with QD's and what not.

I washed my vehicle the other day, and acted like it was a customer detail. I brought everything out of my house and set up. (I didn't set up my pressure washer since the car wasn't dirty at all, I just used a conventional sprayer.)

I set up the water filter and 50ft hose w/ quick connects. Set out the 3 crates of chemicals, laid down the black bath towel and then set all my detailing tools/mitts on this. Also set out my Megs bag with all my pads/towels.

All this took about 4 min, and that's even carrying everything through the house and outside. It will be even easier to move everything out of my car when doing a vehicle. I figure add no more than another 2min. to set up the PW to where it has pressured water running through, and also have my extension cord laid out and plugged in where I just need to plug in the appropriate machine.

With all this said, I can see myself having everything out and ready from the time I pull up in about 7 min., which includes the wet/dry vac, PC, and pressure washer.
