My logo...

I've been playing with some ideas for a logo over the past couple months on and off... I want something recognizable and something that can go from artistic (flyers, graphics, etc.) to something classy for business cards (I plan on having 2, one like the current one I have, seen here & here, and another just black/white 'regular' card), letter heads, etc.

What do you guys think? All comments criticism is welcome as I want to finalize this ASAP... I'm pretty set on the two designs below but if I can tweak them in a good way I'm all for it..

PS... if this is some how a violation of rules just delete the thread please... I just want some feedback before shelling out the cash for new bus cards, shirts, etc.. Thanks.

The logo is the same... I just added the writing in #2... I posted both since the logo (just circle part) is what I'm after and it will be alone on some things (hats and back of shirts), while the logo with the name will be on pretty much everything I get, like bus cards, front of shirts, etc.

:cool:Hate to be tha negative 1 but where is tha "D"? It really is classy lookin though.(I could NEVER accomplish what you have done with Logo) Is there anyway you could come up with a couple more to choose from?
Maybe "YNOT" can chime in. Good Luck...:rockon Maybe you could sale Logo to tha city of Los Angeles.... or someone living in Lower Alabama...Its that classy lookin

:cool:Luster I see:inspector: no difference here then tha previous.Whatcha tryin say? I'm sorry I did not notice tha seperation of letters....Istill think you should incorporate a "d" in there. I also realize "L.A." is the most reconized initials of all time... but it just doesn't happen to fit your paticular needs IMO. Let's see more.....

Thanks... can't take credit for it as someone started it off and I just kept tweaking things here and there..

Who do you agree with haha... they're very similar and if you're talking about tmacsad, he said #6 is best

In any case, I've gotten a lot of feedback, online and in person, and I think it's a toss up between these 4, more so between 1-3... (even more so 1 and 3... the woman really likes #3 whereas my best friend likes #1 and I'm half/half)...

what is up with all the voting on the logos? just kidding. feels like ncca basketball torument. I going for the underdog #4. good luck with ur logo final choice.
 
Regardless....Which ever one of these you chose....It really is Stupid. The Initials of your Biz L.A.D. they are not in any of the above....Why don't you run it by someone with a Marketing/Advertisig Degree,I already know there answer.As far as lookin for something with International Appeal (Mercedes-Benz) You are a Dreamer:rofl Why don't you just "jack" M/B out of there star....Kinda like you "jacked" The Los Angeles Dodgers out of theres.:dance1

haha sorry it must be annoying but I keep thinking I'll have to design some new bus cards, flyers, etc. with this then probably hats, shirts... and I want it 'perfect' so just want as many opinions as I can get on it...

No 5:1 for you though as I'm all but sure #1 is 'the one' :D
