I leave for college wed afternoon so this weekend was my last for detailing customer's cars. This car had special meaning since it was actually the very first car I detailed outside my family. So here it is, BMW 540i.

Exterior

ONR Wash

Spot Clay

OC/RMG w/ White

IPA & Z6 wipe Down

Z2pro w/ ZFX on paint and windows

Z6 wipe down

AA on Trim, Wheels and Wells

VM on Hard Plastics

Interior

APC 1:10 on Seals

MCME on Plastics

Water:Woolite on Leather

Meg. Dash Foam on Trim

Z-10 on Leather

20/20 on Windows

Vacuum

Before I start detailing I normally clear out most the stuff in the car and look what was under the seat.

On to the Work

This was my first time using OC/RMG 70/30 Mix and was extremely happy with the results I got. It left an extremely wet finish even before waxing and left not hazing.

The owner was extremely happy with the finish. Normally his car gets neglected in favor of his wife Tahoe or truck so normally he goes for a wash and wax, but since I was leaving he wanted to get his car done too. He loves how crystal clear and shiny the windows were with the coat of Z2pro on it. As for the paint it was almost uncomfortable to look at it was so shiny.

Perfect job as usual, love the way the paint looks. Did you detail the pistol for him too? Perhaps Andrew is your doppelganger! lol Good luck to both of you at college, hope you guys continue to post. :2thumbs:

I made sure I pulled it out by the case as to not incriminate myself with fingerprints. No field stripping and cleaning for the Glock. The would require my premium package.
