My Jeep Detail:

CBlakeNS

New member
Hey everyone, decided to do a quick detail to my jeep this weekend.....

Sorry no before pictures but it was really dirty but I have alot of afters and they do not do justice because my camera is cheap!!!

Exterior:
Wash: Blue Coral Car Wash
Wheels: Hand washed/some simple green.
Tires: Armor All Extreme Tire Shine - First time trying this product, works great so far.
Plastic: Wiped down and applied a little bit of shine to them.
Dried it and then used auto armor paint cleaner/restorer I believe its called, I guess its like a polish.. worked great.

Also, today while at one of our rental houses, one of our old renters left a brand new can of carnuba wax so I have that now :)

Engine:
Sprayed with simple green...washed off.
Coated with diluted armor all.

I did not get to the interior this weekend except some vacumming so I have to do that and clean the windows real good tomorrow after school.

On with the pics:

Please post comments, and let me know if you have any advice!!

For the engine bay I use SG and water , about 50 to 50 . I'll add alittle mineral spirits for the bad ones. Then use Megs # 40 to dress . Try using a liberal amount of a water based dressing for your engine . I spray alot on the first time after blowing out the water . Let it sit till I'm done with my detail and then go back and wipe off any excess..

PB's BnB will work as well

I have some of that. I used it on my nabors chrystler 300m and it turned out awesome. It tends to be hard to take off tho.

It wasnt bad to take off because I used a buffer, but it looks great now!!!
