LOL yeah they are funky! I hated them at first when I got it but they are growing on me. I might still keep them but i'll definitely get a bit more rubber on 'em if I do. That seems to be the euro style but I will look for some classic AMG 5 spokes, or some old school BBS RS'.
 
That is sweeeet. I actually like the wheels, I just don't think they have the right offset. What are they? they look similar to borbets from this angle..

You are right. 16 x 9 Borbets.



I was looking for an E30 BMW when I happened to notice this car at the back of a car lot. When I looked in and saw a clutch pedal, I had to take it out for a "run". It actually handles quite well despite having the "wrong" wheels on it. I plan on doing some custom work on this baby if money allows.
 
Thats cool, and I would be tempted to keep the wheels ...



I think that's the same as Patrick Swayze (sp ?) drove in the film Road House ?

Yeah 18" AMG's would be nice but I don't want to do the "typical" mercedes wheel upgrade.

dunno for sure but they will probably be 16 x 7 and 16 x 8 if I can find a set.

Not that I am admitting to watching a Patrick Swayze movie, but I thought, umm I mean I heard, that he drove a 500 or 560 SEC.
 
Great looking car. The styling looks a lot more modern than the age of the vehicle suggests. Sometimes it's just hard to control your temptations... like trying out new products?

Yeah I got a few euro market only options on her. No air conditioning for example but I rarely used air when I had a car with it.
 
nice car. kinda 'old school' lookin'. i'd say keep those rims, get the 5-star AMGs, cause the BBS look hard to clean. :p well, either of those rims would be sweet on that car. and love the rear spoiler.
