How could I resist ?
997 Carrera S, with some #80, and UPP.....This owner took it to a detail shop and had them put some $200.00 halograms in it. He decided he didnt like them anymore, and gave me a shout......
1st pic is before, 2nd is after (notice better reflections), 3rd pic is my $ shot.

Excellent work and beautiful car! Hope you charged him more than that so called "detailing shop"! :D

Horrible, even if you have money you deserve a fair deal in my book. He paid $200 for nothing. Im glad you did a great job and he got his money's worth. In the end all that matters is that the customer was happy and his car looked good.

Great job on that gorgeous looking car. I'm waiting for the day when i get to detail something like that.

Great work! Those wheels are to die for.

Funny you say that, most Porsche lovers hate the "crab fork" type wheels. I happan to like them. But the car would look really nice with 19" HRE wheels.

dumb newby question...what are halograms?

That's when marring is induced due to improper use of a rotary buffer. They are called holograms because they seem to "move" as you look at them from different angles, and "disappear" from where they were before. The holograms (lines) follow the pattern that was used by the buffer. Usually a continuous up and down pattern.
