My girlfriend dumped me!

DLR Detailing

Wax on ~ Wax off
My girlfriend and I were highschool sweethearts. Everyone naturally figured we would get married after we graduated from college. My girlfried was accepted to Ball State while I stayed home and attended our local junior college. We agreed to be faithful to each other and spend anytime we could together. As time went on, I would call my sweetheart, but she was never home. When I would write, she would take weeks to return any letters. Even when I e-mailed her, she took days to return my messages. Finally, she confessed to me that she wanted to date around. I didn't take this very well and increased my calls and letters and e-mails trying to win back her love. My girlfriend became annoyed, and now had a new boyfriend. She continued trying to break it off with me, but I just refused to give up. After all, she was my 1st true love and the girl that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

Her new boyfriend came up with this idea to make sure that I understood that she was no longer mine.

She took a picture of herself with her new boyfriend "being romantic" and sent it to me with a note reading, "I found a new boyfriend, leave me alone." Needless to say, I was heartbroken, but even more so, I was mad. After the idea finally sank in that it was over between us, this is what I decided to do to get even with her for dumping me.

I wrote on the back of the picture that she sent me:

"Dear Mom and Dad, having a great time at college, please send more money!" and then mailed the picture to her parents.

:innocent: :)

I think that is a better idea then pouring brake fluid all over his car.

Had to call my fokes and tell them they both laughed too.

:rofl Genius!

Though I do have to say, it sounds like maybe you were a bit too clingy; realistically a long-term relationship rarely works, and highschool relationships are just as equally known to be doomed in a vast majority of cases. :(

Join the long list of being dumped. Be thankfull you found out now instead of being married and finding out.
Good luck, learn from it, turn the page and move on to better things

He's just kidding, SpongeBob. That story has been floating around for like ten years now. lol Still funny every time I read it.

:box: Gee, thanks for posting that AFTER I make myself look like an idiot for believing it..... :buck:

Sometimes it is worth the wait. :naughty Don't feel too bad. I think I pwned everybody who read this thread with that tidbit of info. Just google any part of the post and you'll see how long its been around.

I was just trying to add to the humor that has been going around lately. :shifty: Everyone needs a good chuckle now and again. I'm sorry that this was taken seriously! Looking back, I realize I am not well known at DC.

I promise that I won't quit my day job. :clown:

In reality, I have been very happily married to the same fantastic gal for close to 22 years. The are similarities to this story, however. We were high school sweethearts and did attend different colleges. But it stops there!

Again, I apologize for any misunderstandings! At least now I know where I can come to get some sympathy when I screw up and have a disagreement with my wife. :gathering
