The pics are great. But they are HUGE! Try keeping them to about 7" wide or about 500 pixels max. You need to do that with the camera software or with a picture software program. Sometimes you can "set" the camera to take only low, medium sized pics.

You can resize photos with Windows Photo Editor. Don't know what OS you'rerunning but I've got Win XP and keep all my pics in My Documents, subfolder My Pictures. I open a pic, click on Images, and select Resize.
If you don't have that capability you can always use the photo editing software that came with your camera.
If that doesn't work I just found a cheap editing program from TriVista called A Smaller Image . It's only $15 and will do the job you need. Give it a look.
