My First Detail - Merc S430

Well, my friend always see's my car pretty well detailed. He thought it would be a nice treat for his mom to have her car detailed... I thought i'd give it a shot... Please bare with me and any suggestions will be wonderful...



I'm still very much a beginner.. SO SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!

Looks very nice and I'm sure it looks better in person. The pics came out a little blurry (from the camera I assume) which ruins how crystal clear the reflections are.
 
thanks guys...feels pretty good to see the final results of hours of hard work... like i said eariler... i'm very much a beginner..so if you guys suggest anything feel free to add... good or bad!!
 
those last two shots say it all, man.... gorgeous work. I bet your friend's Mom was shocked to see how beautiful her ride is.
 
Well there's one thing I see you doing wrong... in the last picture, you should have the P21S container on the other edge of the m/f towel, so we can see the reflection of the container in the hood... :p

Very nice work, goes to show that you don't need all the hyped and expensive polish to get things up nice and wet.

A bottle of PI II 3000 is almost $20 around here. I'd call that on the expensive side.
