good job bro!

ps... is she hot?:)

Odd that you ask that, but yes she is.....a MILF lol.

One more question; how does Meguairs #9 stick up to 3M-SMR? Reason I ask is because I forgot I had bought Meguairs #9 a year or so ago and I found it today. Would it be worth it to give it a shot on the roof of the car tommorrow before trying the Finnesse it/perfect it (gosh I can't remember which one I have...it's the one that is a bit more aggressive than 3M SMR)?

#9 should be about the same as SMR..

Per wheel - at 10mins if you do a quick job. Full wheel removal will take at least 30mins per wheel.

What do you consider a quick job vs. full wheel removal? Do you mean actually removing the wheel, or full removal of crud? I usually start my carwash by cleaning the wheels/tires (on my car, though, not a professional, so they are rather clean already). I spray #39 vinyl cleaner on the tire, scrub, spray some #36 wheel cleaner on the wheel (it seems much more mild than the Hot Rims stuff) and clean with a sponge. This only takes about 10 minutes for all four wheels. I was just wondering what else you do, or what else there is to do? The only thing I could think of that I don't do is to clean the inside part of the wheel behind the spokes. Thanks!

He means actual wheel removal to get the inside and outside clean, and then sealed against brake dust. I do this only twice a year for myself. I would not do it for clients unless they specifically asked and paid for it. Same with dressing wheel wells. I clean as well as I can, but I don't dress them, unless it is requested and paid for. All the little extras add up to a lot of time. I did extras like wipe down the engine and things like that when I first started, but I found that it took me too long and the clients actually disliked the time factor and were not willing to pay. They are perfectly happy with just the places they can see. So now I make it clear what they want and only do that, plus the little things that gives me satisfaction. If they want more, they have to pay more.

The interior went well except I could not get the tire marks removed. I tried Lava Rags, Zymol leather cleaner, pen mark leather cleaner, leather cleaner for sofa's, dawn and water, the shoe cleaning stuff u can buy at finish line, goo gone, jax wax vinyl and leather cleaner, meguairs leather cleaner/conditioner in one, bug and tar remover, and I even busted out my pc on speed 4 to try to work in the cleaners better but nothing worked; it only faded a tad bit. She told me she wasn't unhappy that I couldn't get it off and when I offered to give her a discount of $20 she said "Oh, heck no! You've worked hard enough on my car, I'll just have my husband go and raise heck at the tire place that put them in the backseat." She also said that she is a sales representative for a company and that she was going to hold a raffle and the winner would get a free detailing done by me. She also mentioned that her car looked better than when she bought it. All in all, an excellent experience except for the fact of the tire marks not coming off...it really makes me mad when I can't fulill my own expectations.:argue
