My Favorite car shampoos (Pic)

I tried that Menzerna shampoo once. It definitely falls short on lubricity compared my current fave, Megs Gold Class.
 
Interesting comments about Sonax Shampoo. It seems to be a hard to find product here in North America and is considered to be one of the best if not the best shampoo by many. According to two posts in this thread Sonax is available local in Australia and Chile and is nothing special to use. One Autopian said they "have heaps of it" where they buy detailing supplies. I have been wanting to try it but I think it's probably going to be another one of those products I read a lot of hype about and it turns out being crap or average when I use it.
 
I have both Perls and Sonax and IMO they are both pretty similar - in other words, very good shampoos! Over here in the UK, we can get 5 litres of Sonax for around £14 GBP so that makes the Sonax a more attractive proposition in my book. The Perls is available over here for around £5 GBP for 500ml so I'm sure you can understand my sway towards the Sonax.

Have you tried the Wack shampoo from Iauto, I am curious to know how it compares to Perls
 
When I bought the STUFF wax they sent me a sample of the car wash I used it a few times and liked it a real lot.
 
I recently bought some Sonax Xtreme Active Shampoo 2in1, expecting great things after reading reviews of Sonax shampoo on here.



I had previously been using the green Zymol shampoo (not the expensive stuff) - this made lots of suds, even in hard water, and had good lubricity. It isn't great at removing flies etc. however.



The Sonax doesn't make anything like as many suds as the Zymol and feels fairly "thin" in use, but it definitely cleans more effectively and leaves the paint shinier when dry.



I might give the plain Sonax Gloss Shampoo a try (it's cheap at Vauxhall dealers in the UK), but I'm not overawed with the Xtreme.
