after i cleaned the rim with Dawn,this is how it looks?

i tried to use my nail to sratch the dust, they are firmly attached to the surface of the rim, and some yellow tint on the rims,

anyone knows how to clean that?

Try Eagle 1 A2Z and a small toothbrush [firm] in those troubled area take your time. If that doesn't work wheel ACID is your next step biut the wheel will have to be REMOVED the solution should be 4 to 1 ratio. GOOD LUCK
 
I've had some success using a bug and tar remover as well.



1st - A2Z/Brush

2nd - Bug/Tar Remover

3rd - Solvent based cleaner

4th - SMR



Once you find what works, then you can go ahead and tackle the 3 remaining wells the same way without having to go through the 4 steps above.
 
anyone tries APC+?



Just received APC+ few days ago, wanna give it a try on my rims, and see if i have to buy A2Z.



for the bug/tar remover, i have a bottle from turtlewax, seems too mild, i've used it to remove bugs(love bug), didnt like the result very much,
