My detail trailer got hit

The double lines are put there to show areas that you are not to pass in. If you were to pass it would be improper passing. The double lines mean nothing when it comes to turning into a private driveway. You were not at fault the other driver was for following to close. Glad to see no one was injured.
 
Your lucky Chris that he didn't hit you harder and brake the hitch on your yellow corvette, ahem I mean Trail Blazer. I guess it's time for an enclosed trailer :). Glad everything worked out in the end, more or less atleast.
