I'd have to dig a waste pump into the ground and run a waste line to the septic area on the other side of the property. I can be done but it's a lot of work. However it would boost the property value. I'd love it but it's not high on my long list of things to do.

Good observation....I wanted to raise the height of the ceiling downstairs for possibly adding a lift in the future and had to improvise the original plan a little.
I raised the exterior door height a couple of steps and created a raised landing inside that allowed me to start my staircase a couple of steps sooner coming in. Had I not done that, the staircase ending at the top in the loft would have been a little uncomfortably close to the ceiling upstairs and the wall.

Beautiful garage and home! I tell ya, if I built a garage like that with a bathroom, phone, internet, and TV, I would practically live in there! You'd better be careful.
