My company's website

New member
Although I am fairly new to this forum, I have been in the detailing business for quite some time now. I have recently tried a new marketing tactic by creating an informative website for my company, and would like to get some feedback from others experienced in my field. If you could take a minute to give me some healthy crticism, visit my website at www.diamonddetailinc.com. Your input is greatly appreciated!

i like it. it seems pretty easy to use.

i think the "services" page can use a little bit more color. whether it's from the font to pictures, reading all that text can bore someone.

other than that, i like it :xyxthumbs

Thanks Mongoose GA.

To:Series1 I use every thing from meguire's,zainos, evercoat, and Right look products.I try not to use just one brand i use the best product from each company. Thanks for taking a look at the site...

of all the sites i've seen on here this is the best one. good job. easy to use, good colors and to the point.

Site looks real good, and price list is very well broken down to allow choices. One question, I couldn't find on the site...

Where is you business located?

the site looks incredibly nice!!! Much better than most I have seen out there. BTW, I am a web designer, so I guess that helps emphasis how impressed I was.

Thanks L33 and Scottwax your input is greatly appreciated,

and Jeff Laughhunn up until recent my business has been strictly mobile; however, I just recently opened a shop and have not yet posted that information on my site. Thanks for the reminder!

I like your site. Simple and easy to navigate. You don't use special effects and drowning music which distracts from your message. Also, you list your mission statement.

The only suggestion I would make is to change this sentence

"I tell them my secret-use only the best products, applied by trained professionals."

to I tell them my secret is to use only the best products, etc. Flows a little better.

Good job.

I agree with everyone so far. I also like how you have the before and after pictures. The only suggestion I have is to put the before and after pictures on the same page. Right now I have to open two browsers, line them up side by side, then resize the browser so I can see both of them at the same time. I'd prefer to click on the picture and have either the two pictures side by side, or one above the other, to make it easier to compare them.

One suggestion I would make is to combine the before after pics into one page so the user does have to yo yo back and forth to see them side by side in a larger view.

Will keep you updated NavindraLR

To Andriver: Thank God I'm alot better at detailing than English :)

Thanks, Craigerd2 and YouGottaleaf for the advice I will try to fix that in the future.

That was the main question I had to when I went to visit...where is this place at? I was kind of hoping it was in my current neck of the woods but I saw the 410 area code and new it was MD (use to live there). If it 's strictly mobile that is good to know too. Maybe describing the service territory would help potential customers out and free up some of your time from emails & calls coming in for this question? I realize the downside of doing that is you may not want to limit yourelf to one area.

Great site overall!

Nice, and I like your logo. :)

Same color scheme as our website hehe...

Question, are the S-Class pics your own? Those are great studio shots.
