My Car

Nice Ride. May I suggest playing with the aperature to increase the lighting in the pic and also the focus.

What did you use on the inside of the rim?

Aperture? What's that? :o I know less about camera's than I do about cars.

I honestly don't remember what I used on the rims. It was probably BMW shampoo, then waxed with Maquairs. All I remember is that I washed them several times, Q-tipped them for what seemed like hours and they still weren't as clean as I would have liked. I'd like to try and keep them half way decent until I dig into the pockets for new wheels, probably at the same time I make my next tire purchase. They already have pits from all the road construction we're enduring down here right now. Any suggestions for wheel cleaners would be great.

TIA,

Ever since I heard about A2Z here, I've used it, even on my old WRX with aftermarket wheels. I never had a problem with it eating the clearcoat off them. Strong cleaner. I even used it a few times to clean out my exhaust tips!

Re: The Darkness

Some of us have old or crappy monitors with "bad gamma". I'm one of those. The pictures you posted are very difficult to see. I'm attaching one that I applied a gamma of 2.1 to and then threw into photogenetics. This is what looks best on my dark monitor:
