COMPULSIVELY ANAL
This car was painted with Base/Clear 16 YEARS AGO.

The paint is in remarkably good shape. During the winter I cut the swirls with M105, LC orange pad with a PC, followed up with Z5Pro, LC White with PC; then Z8.

I maintain with Z8 weekly from April through October (Drivin' Season!!!).:D:D:D

:cool: That is 1 clean Vette. I had a "78" pace car. I got more tickets in that car than you can imagine. Tha thing was a COP magnet... :cool: :dcrules
 
:lol2: Just messin with ya! She does look very good, especially for 16 year old paint! Nice job on keeping it in good condition.

One of these days I will get around to trying some Zaino. I use and like Z8, but I haven't tried any of the other stuff.

:cool:If your referring to antique in most all states that would be 25 years. But as far as classic I have never met a VETTE that wasn't a classic:cool: :dcrules

Seems like someone put some time in wet sanding her smooth too! It's a shame the way new cars look from the factory...nothing like a good repaint! :bigups
