My 7thgen Accord Coupe...

Well I haven't posted any pictures of my car yet, so I figured should. They are crappy quality due to my good camera being broken and night pictures due to me working all day every day.

Its a 04 Honda Accord Coupe V6 6spd, mods: Nuespeed Coilovers w/koni yellows, Comptech short shifter, KN CAI (only short ram on now), HFP front lip, 07 Si shift knob and I think thats it and I wanted to do more, but I think I'm gunna sell it... Oh and if your wondering what I ran in the quarter, 14.2@100~ (I forget the exact mph and dont feel like diggin out the time slip lol)

And the process: Wash, clay, RMG, FK1 2180 or what ever the blue sealant is, FK1 Pink Wax, OCW, wheels got FK1 2180, tires got CGs VRT along with interior and CGs leather conditioner on leather. It was my first time using both the FK1s and the RMG, I'm pretty happy with the results. Been keeping it clean, doing a quick wipe down with a MF when i get to work in the morning (wiping off whats left of the morning dew).

Let me know what you guys think of her!

Fellow G7A owner! I have the same floor mats! they seem to fit in perfectly!

But it looks like you have the EX-V6 coupe in eternal blue pearl ?

Ok so no offense but the pics are so badly lit or whatever that I can't tell how the car looks.

The led, neon, or whatever it is, is rice-a-licious! ;)

haha, I wouldn't call it rice, outside, is rice or too much is rice, but hey everyone has their own opinion. Sorry for the bad pictures man, crappy camera + night time + only being able to drive within my neighborhood at night (suspended license and dont wanna take a chance to take some pictures) = Crappy pictures.

Scott - I would take some right now cuz I have some time before I go to school, but now its dirty thanks to the first rain in a long time. I have some old ones too... but again the Lightman wont like them cuz they are at night. LOL

Oh wait, I do have a couple newer ones from my coast trip...

Here is one of the older night pictures taken with my better camera...

The first night shots are very noisy. If possible, use a tripod or setup something to set the camera so you don't have to hold it. Set the ISO setting on your camera ( hopefully you can adjust it ) to a very low setting and let it use as high a shutter speed as necessary. You will HAVE to have a tripod or something to set it on or it will blur alot, but the low ISO will drasticly reduce noise levels.

Drew, ya, I would do that with my good camera and did with that last one, but the one I used was my crappy one cuz my good one is currently broken. But thanks for the tips. ;)

Lightman, its all good! ;D

sneek, I got my license suspended for a DUI, I'm underage and got caught. Now I wasn't drunk, really, I only had two beers an hour earlier and he pulled me over cuz I chirped second on my way home, I only blew .02 which is equivalent to 1 16oz beer for someone my size and thats not even enough to impare judgement, but its enough to get a DUI if your under 21. :( Stupid mistake, I should have never done in the first place, but I learned from that, just wish I didn't have to learn that way.

Oh and the KN CAI, I like it, worth the money IMO, still dont know what the full CAI would do, but the short ram is good, noticed a little power gain, but the noise is the best. lol I'd recomend it over a AEM V2 any day just cuz the V2 is not with the extra money (had a friend with the same car and V2 and it wasn't any faster, in fact I took him every time we raced and the sound is damn near the same).

In my opinion, all you get from a CAI is more noise under the hood. You MIGHT get a nominal power gain on the dyno, but seat of your pants gain is all in the head with those things. I took the one that was on my Protege5 when I bought it off the other day and went back to stock intake. Much quieter, nicer to drive, and I guarantee you I could NOT tell a difference in power.

AEM cold air + Integra GS-R = more HP. Used to get a good chirp on the 1-2 and nothing on the 2-3 and now there's complete loss of traction on the 1-2 and a good chirp on the 2-3. That's all with 18" wheels.:)

I'm with both you on this one, more so with SpoiledMan though. lol There isn't a huge difference in the seat feeling and yes, most is psychological, but there is a power gain and noticable. I think Tasty's experience had a lot to do with it being a Protege5. LOL

Gotta love chirpen the tires through gears! I had an auto before this that chirped 1-2, but thats it, but thats with 275 tires. Took me a while to get used to a manual, but now I can chirp 4th on a good day. And that makes you :D like no other. lol
