where did you find the 8" 3m blue finishing pad?



that is one huge pad thats for sure!

Local body supply shop got it. They come in a 2 pack for $24 online to $40 at some supply places. I paid $35 for two. Yes they are large, I tried to use one on the black 911, but too many curves on this car. Plus with a BP for 6" pads, it just did not work out well for me on that car.

The III is the older version and has silicates in it which is known to cause cancer.

...if you breathe the dust 8 hours a day for 20 years. If you're just a hobbyist, there are more critical things to concern yourself with.
