My 05 Mustang GT

I'm bored and there's still a ton of snow on the ground so I'll post a few pics we took in the fall of 2006.

You can tell the difference with the 2007 pics due to the hoodpins and lower fog lamps in the airdam.

The car is an 05 Mustang GT with a Saleen supercharger putting out 500rwhp 475rwtq.

I'm from Montreal.

I'm always there for Fun Ford Weekend on the 3rd weekend of August.

It's a 4 year old Nikon Coolpix 8800 with a built in 10x optical zoom lens.



It was a good choice considering the price of DSLR's at the time.



Today I would go with a DSLR unless I wanted a small pocket sized camera.

Love the car, especially the HIDs. Those are some awesome shots at the strip.

Car looks darn good! I not sold completely on the spoiler, it's not bad though.

The biggest advantage of the HID's is that when you go to high beam you don't lose the foreground lighting like you do with the stock headlights.

The spoiler doesn't look quite that big in real life.

The original intention was to put blue stripes on it like a GT350 which is why I ordered it in white.

Keep in mind that it was the spring of 05 and there wasn't but a handful of S197's on the road yet.

With the ever increasing number of mustangs getting stripes on them I decided to go another route.

As I began to build up the suspension the car kind of took a life of its own and I decided to stay faitful to the Steeda theme.

The only other choice in keeping with the theme was the Steeda Race wing which IMHO looks rice.

Yes and no. There are many cars out there much wilder than mine.

It's pretty unique but most people prefer the look of the Saleens.

The color helps in keeping it low key compared to the reds, yellows, and oranges.
