What do you all think of the mothers powerball. I was at a store today and the guy who works there was pumping it like no other. I've never seen it in action, but if what he says and what mothers says is true then it sounds like a must buy, even at $30. dollars, right? Every product i've used from mothers has been legit. The powerball just looked so damn flimsy. Looking forward to the feedback, it is always way above average. I'm out.

Well what did he say about it? I have it and have used it many times on our RV bare aluminum wheels and it does an excellent job. I isn't flimsy one bit, it actually sees a little too stiff and too big in my view. Thats why mothers came out with the mini-ball. This will most likely be better because of it's size. Even on my Aluminum wheels it,s hard to get in between the rear lugs and this is with 24"s (i believe). I went ahead and bought the Power Metal aswell, but I don't really care for that as a stand alone product. What I have been doing recently is apply a little Power Metal to the end of the ball and apply some Mag. Aluminum Polish directly on the surface and then go from there with great results. I started using this with a cordless drill, but the RPM's werent that great and batteries died quickly so a corded drill works wonders now. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I usd it on a set of Weld draglights that were in need of some TLC. I picked up the power ball from autogeek (kit that comes with polish and 2 mf towels and gloves) and it worked like a charm. Cleaned them up really quick while leaving a great shine behind. I work at Advance Auto and we stock it for $19.99 for the ball itself.

I just ordered it from Autogeek when they had the 20% off code. It was on sale for $23.99 already. So, I thought "why not?" I'd like to try to use it to apply wheel wax. There are few flat surfaces and a lot of openings in my wheels so applying wheel wax is a major PITA. I'm hoping using the Power Ball will help.

I haven't done any sealants with the PowerBall yet but as I said earlier it does a good job of polishing. It would be interesting to see how it compares side by side with the Flitz ball.
Anywho, I'm looking forward for the mini-ball to come out. I think the size of the regular ball is a little too big, so the mini ball is perfect. The release is expected in a few weeks, so you may want to hold out until then and try out the mini.

i have it and don't use it anymore. i can do just as good of a job by hand, and i don't have to waste time getting my drill out.
