Like most here I used Mothers years ago, along with Meguiars consumer line, then I started using the higher priced products and still do.
I bought some clay recently, I had the choice of a few brands, I saw the mothers and since Forrest is helpful and surprisingly honest to us I decided to use their brand of clay, it worked very well and comes with a great QD. It also came with a few ounce bottle of Liquid Cleaner wax. I didn't really have a use for it , I normally use Vanilla Moose on my wheels but ran out and I think its kind of crazy to pay 3/4 of the product price for shipping so I was without something to use on the wheels. I remembered the mothers, broke out a small wheels only MF and gave it a very basic application. Results were as good is not better than the Vanilla moose, granted its Caranuba based, not going to last, but for the energy expended and cost it was a very good deal.
If you haven't tried Mothers in a while, give it a try, IM not saying throw the S100 out, I mean for people like us its door jamb and wheel wax, and its free if you buy the clay.
I would definitely recommend Mothers cleaner wax to non autotopia who ask for a recommendation (happens about once a week)
