Mothers FX Spray Wax vs. OCW

Is there a big difference between the 2 products. After reading alot about both of these products, they seem to be similar, but having never used either i can't say for sure. What are the differences between the 2 products that you found by using them. Which one excels in which area, such as ease of use/application, slickness, durability etc.. Are these products better used wet or dry and are they easier to use wet then WAUD? Why did you choose one over the other? Any other comments, opinions of each are welcome. Reason i am asking is because I was gonna order some OCW, but if i can pretty much get the same product in Mothers FX at the local store then I will go for that insead. thanks for the help

OCW will last quite a bit longer than FX. Most people get about 6 weeks out of OCW, while I get about 2-3 out of FX. FX applies easily wet, can't speak for OCW tho. I love the slickness of FX and it is super easy to aplply, but I can't speak for OCW. Also, FX gives a very bright, sealant-type look to it while it seems that OCW gives a bit wetter, more carnauba-type look.

thanks for the reply. Sherman8r44 is FX easier to use when wet then WAUD and will it leave more protection?

Also for those that have used OCW also, I have read alot that FX is easy to use on a wet surface, but is it as easy to use on a dry surface as OCW? OCW's ease of use as a wipe on/off spray wax is where it shines and was wondering if FX is the same type product and can compare to OCW not only in a wet application but dry also. thanks again

It just my 2 cents, But I think OCW and FX are close. OCW may last longer but the look is cvery close . Wate till you try the new Eagle One Nano Spray.

Application is the same wet or dry. FX is glossier, shinier and shows its look almost instantly. OCW is softer, and it takes two days until it crosslinks properly, and shows its true look. OCW is surprisingly good on neutral colors like silver, or gray metallics and pearls.
