Is the carnuba wax from mother's good? I saw it in Walmart for $4.77
Or is there a better carnuba wax at an affordable price

I like it! At that price, and at Wal Mart, I'm guessing it's the cleaner wax, not the "pure" carnauba. I find that it blends in cobwebbing pretty well (micromarring that you might get from typical washes), gets rid of mild oxidation, looks shiny, doesn't change the color of your paint (some "darken", some "brighten" the paint). The only "cons" I've come across are if you use it on a surface that's too warm it gets hard to remove, and if you rub it onto textured trim it leaves white marks. (Apply your trim protectant before waxing and this problem is greatly reduced.) If you are using a machine, I'd suggest getting the liquid. Otherwise, I like the paste, as it seems to last MUCH longer. Probably just due to the application methods I use for each, I suppose.
