Most extreme of extreme details

Well....ya got my vote!!! I must admit, that is one of the most, if not the most extreme detail that I've ever seen. I think you really do great work!

S1 IS. Very nice camera, especially when I shoot in manually. Auto mode is surprisingly good for a consumer based product.

Processes for exterior:



-Wash

-Clay

-XPCompound with Wool pad at 1200rpm

-XP Swirl remover on PC/cutting pad at 6

-Meguiars #82 on polishing pad via PC at 6

-SSR1 by PC on finishing pad

-Topped with NXT

-Topped by Collonite.

-Rims were cleaned with mineral spirits, and varsol, topped with AIO

-Glass was cleaned with SprayWay glass/mirror cleaner

-Tires got my new favourite water based dressing "Dress It Right"

-Trim was quickly dressed with "quick shine" by spray wax, but it won't last, the trim is finished.



Interior:



-Vacuum

-Scrub

-Extract

-Spot treat

-APC on interior vinyl

-Dressed with Meguiars Natural Shine (nice matt finish)

Not only did you do a superb job, the weather totally cooperated with you! Those clouds make it all that much better.





I probably would've charged a bit more though :).

Just a slight improvement..... :LOLOL



Don't be upset if you cannot completely remove stains from those seats, the material is just horrible. Carpets clean up nice in them though.



Just an incredible transformation!

Oh yeah, here is a tip for the next oxidized car you do. Start off by hand with terry cloth towels. You may get some minor marring but it will save on pads, plus terry has a nice deep nap to hold all that dead paint. You aren't trying to make it perfect at this point, just remove some dead paint to prevent clogging your pads.
