Wax- Most will say one of the Collinite waxes; likely 467S
Sealant- Too many...I'm sure there are several that are very comparable in terms of durability.

Matt@Autogeek said:As mentioned, the Collinite lineup is very durable. Personally, I've found Duragloss to be a little longer lasting (501 + 601 + 105 is a bulletproof process).
ENVYMYZ said:I find that a bit doubtful. I recently (June 18th) applied 2 coats of 845 to my car. The hood has almost stopped beading after 2 months and the rest of the car still "beads" so to speak, but it is nowhere near the razor sharp beads that formed after my initial application. Not to mention that we are in the middle of summer here in Chicago and the car gets washed about once every 2 weeks or so. I will be trying Duragloss in a few weeks and hope that it holds up a bit better.
evenflow said:The summer season, and the fact that you washed every two weeks probably contributed to your Collinite not lasting that long.
Keep in mind, I applied the 845 for the single reason that I KNEW that I was not going to be washing my car during the winter months and wanted something I knew could protect it for four or so months. Granted, the beading at the end of the four months was not razor sharp, but still none the less it was being protected.
If you do a search for Collinite you will find more cases of Collinite's long lasting durability. :up

ENVYMYZ said:I researched it prior to purchase, which is how I know it is "supposed" to last long. Perhaps the touchless car wash I occasionally take my car to had something to do with my application not lasting as long, but if a wax claims to be long lasting I expect it to act as such even with repeated washings.
