More Pics New Cammera

Just like film photography there is a lot to be done once you get into the darkroom...but instead of a darkroom its hours of learning my way through photoshop, and using programs like neatimage to reduce low light noise...Just like film there is dodgeing and burning to do as well as a lot of artistic flare that makes a photograph your own... What you have to learn is what you need to get out of the actual image you capture, everything else like sharpness, contrast, etc. can been done in post processing. Below are the orginals of the pictures above...

Thanks again - Nice to see the origional shots has given me a better idea. I use Photoshop all day everyday at work so I am up to speed on that side of things.

the 1st pic did you slow the shutter speed :think:
 
yes i did on both...my car is actually whats blured int he first one, my buddys is blured in the second...notice the blur lines in the far right of the bottom one...i beleive these were about 2-3sec exp...

Ya I need to clean it. And I got the 18-55 and the 75-300 lenses also. along with a nice bag a cleaning it and a 1 gig card. Plus my other point an shoot used the same CF so i have an 512 card also.
