Well, about three weeks after applying CS, I am happy to report it is exceeding my expectations. The car looks just as good as it did day one, and this is after it got VERY gross from the rain and roadwork. Overall, I am thrilled.

Also...a nice surprise. I had emailed Sal last week with some general questions. I got a CALL today. He spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me, asking about my expereiences with Zaino, as well as answering my questions. I am impressed!

Hi Brett,

Have you noticed that CS on trim really retains it "just detailed" appearance? This seems especially true for hard plastic trim.

I'm seeking a new hobby. Zaino basically eliminates that "chasing the daily shine" even on my daily drivers. Qd'ing has become more of a luxury than a necessity. Nevertheless, I won't tell the wife... she'll definitely increase the "honey-do" list if she thinks I'm not laboring on the cars. ;)

Glad you like your Zaino, Brett. :wavey

Love it...CS is great on EVERYTHING. I still love the thrill, and will be trying ZFX soon.....now onto the wife's Murano...in BLACK!

I am equally impressed with Zaino. Looks better longer, cant beat that combo. Plus if you like to have more hands on, add a layer of z2, z5, CS, Z6 or Z8.

So true, Zaino is the ultimate. I love all the Z products especially CS, it leaves the paint wet and deep.

I think I underemphasized how great it was for Sal to call me. Someone who is as busy as he is usually doesn't make time to call an odd customer and talk about their experiences and look for feedback. Truly an industry leader!

Zaino products and their developments/evolutions is Sal's life, only second to his family and pets. Sal is like a Porsche. he started with a great designed product and is continually tweaking it towards perfection.

We are the benefactors of such dedication and focus. :goodjob

It is good to hear your experience today is completely opposite from one I had 4 years ago when I tried to reach him to get few questions answered. At that point in time I knew nothing about Zaino line, didn't know Autopia existed and heard of Zaino from people that were leaving impression of having "knowledge" that was "incomplete" enough to be dangerous to follow without asking questions. So, I thought "let's go straight to the source" and tried to reach Sal. One of questions I had was along the lines of "I heard Zaino permanently bonds to clear coat and that you can only keep on layering it. Is that correct and if not how one can later remove product and start from scratch all over again?"

Answer he gave me was "Any good body shop will know how to remove it" and concluded conversation. Let's just say I felt that was completely wrong.

Who knows why your experience is now much better than mine was and why you deserved personal call while I didn't deserve better answer when I called. Maybe he had bad day, maybe people change, maybe I was just Joe Schmoe and not guy that keeps praising his product line and him on highly visible enthusiast board. Who knows. But I do know Jeff Werkstatt was complete opposite experience, a highly positive one, when I called with questions even though I am complete Joe Schmoe, low volume buyer and low public opinion influencer, there too.

Sal suffers from Zaino OCD, and we get to enjoy the benefits. I'm amazed by his knowledge and passion for his trade. I hope he doesn't recover any time soon:lol
