Moose Twins on 04 F-150

While surfing this morning I saw that Glory Days has couple of neat little travel/sample sized clearkote kits at $15 and $20. None with VM and CMW though :(

Looks great! Hats off to you for going with a vehicle that size in black. I go nuts trying to keep my black car clean, and it would probably fit in the bed of your truck. :lmfao

Semper Fi 04Lariat! My brother was stationed at 29 Palms for a couple of years. Are you in the Corp air wing?

I'm actually a communicator....been the Comm Chief here in Hawaii for an infantry battalion for 4 years, going to the Stumps to be an instructor for a while. Let's see no more humping. sleeping in the jungle/rain/desert/under trucks.tanks. My own bed every night. I need this break.

Thanks for all the great comments,

VM= Vanilla Moose
CMW= Carnuba Moose Wax

I've had the truck for about three months, It was detailed at the dealer and they actually didn't screw it up too bad.

The first detail job consisted of Megs swirl free with a PC/white pad, PWC on a white pad, then EX by hand. that was about 7 weeks ago, so the paint was in pretty good shape.

This time just wash with NXT wash, VM by hand with a foam pad, then CMW with a MF pad.

I'm moving to California so my PC is gone right now, it's definitely alot of truck to maintain.

The truck is going to the port on Wed. to be shipped to Long Beach......I hope those yahoo's don't mess up my baby.

Jim

Jim, your truck looks bad to the bone. I have some cmw and handglaze I plan on using on my black car when I get my pc in the mail next week :-P
I hope it turns out like that!

VM refers to Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze right?

The name is similar to Moose Wax , quite confusing :/

VM = Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze
CMW = Carnauba Moose Wax
MW = regular Moose Wax

Yes, it is confusing.

Lariat, what did you use on the interior? Also why did you use Polish w/ Carnauba after #82? Does 82 not completely clean and polish the paint prior to EX?

Andrew

Yes it is confusing on how the product's are labeled.

I received a few product's from them . VM , CVM , Hand glaze & quick shine and tire/vinyl cond.

I only tested a little bit but seem's to work well. I had a good long talk with the owner and he is pretty helpful and a nice guy. Call him with question's.
