I've never had any problems with the PC and speed 5 or 6 on edges, but I reduce the pressure. So you use the rotary at 900 rpms on edges with no problems or am I misunderstanding?

Correct but use with caution. Most cars you are ok. The Ferrari's and Lotus Elise I did has very sharp edges and I know Ferrari's have very SOFT paint and is very thin.

That looks exactly like the one I did. The curves are a pain to work with, especially the side scoops and the louvers.

WOW! Looks amazing. Not my prefered Ferrari but this particular one looks awesome. Possibly better then when it left factory. Great work.
