Monday Night Football!!!!

audiboy

Hail the power of Quattro
Please tell me someone else watched the end of this game. The Bronco's pulled off some great plays to tie the game and then Favre threw a 82 yd TD pass on the first play of overtime to win the game. Wow!

Dude I was all over it...played it back for my wife and son....Brett is not to be messed with...what a game!!!!!!!!!!!!what a QB...hall of fame for sure....my team this year is GB as I think this will be his last and I want to witness the history I hope:crazy2:

While I'm a pretty die hard Indy fan, I think it would be great for Favre to finally win the big one.

Its the reason I'm watching him, plus I like his field presents...I would love to see the 49ers or Raiders do something but that's not happening...so I will watch and root for the guy that will be in the hall of fame soon.

My fault. He won Superbowl XXXI. Still, with the way he's played throughout his career, he deserves more than one.

Amen!!!

Listening to Steve Young in the after game wrap up, he said that Brett has the team this year to get to the SB

I hope so

Well in a week NFC, minus my Giants:D and the Cowboys:mad: they have a good shot. Farve has really turned things around this year by just better desicion making.

I'm as big a fan of Brett Favre as anyone, but this is not a Super Bowl team. They make too many dumb mistakes. Going into overtime against the Broncos with their star RB hurt, is not all that impressive. They don't have a running game and the passing game isn't good enough to carry them to the big game.

With that said, Brett sure is fun to watch when he makes plays like that and I would love to see him get another ring.

I watched the game as well. Loved the ending. Since I have been a life long GB fan it was very exciting to see the long ball go on the first play of the OT.

If they can establish a running game they may have a chance at competing for the big prize but realistically they are the fourth or fifth team that I would pick to go to the big game.

Brett F. has a lot of tools to make the game exciting. He also has a better team this year. I hope for the best for the Packers. I would love to see them go all the way to the Super Bowl.

Green Bay winning the SuperBowl!:lmfao:rofl:lol2::rofl:lmfao. Ain't going to happen.:passout:

Don't tell anyone in town, but I didn't watch the game. Around here thats a crime.

I did catch the highlights on the news this morning. I agree it would be great to see Favre win another one.

The NFC is SOL this year. The Cowboys are the best team in the NFC and New England made them look stupid. The Superbowl will be this weekend and again at the end of the season for the AFC Championship. Colts vs. Pats. Whoever makes it from the NFC, probably my 'Boys :D, will get slaughtered again in the Bowl. Nothing ruins a Superbowl more than a blowout game. They are so boring to watch. It use to be pretty much guaranteed that the NFC team would win. Now it is the other way around.

*Mini-rant*

Everyone is criticizing the Patriots for running up the scores and embarrassing their opponents. If they didn't, their games would be boring to watch in the 2nd half. Instead I sit there eager to see how many td's they can score and what kind of amazing play they will come up with next.

Do they think Tiger Woods should stop trying to get eagles and birdies in the final round if he is winning by a ridiculous amount? I hate seeing people get ridiculed for going out and doing their best regardless of the score. How else would records get broken? Is it smart to have your starters in when your up by that much? Maybe not, but to say they are running up the score just to embarrass their opponents is sad.

Besides, these guys can't let down their fantasy owners by getting benched for playing too well. :D

Whatever. I've been working two jobs for a while now and haven't been able to watch much NFL football. I only really get to watch college ball now, so my mind is a little scrambled when it comes to NFL stats.

By the way.....

I think someone should try and score 100 points in a game. For that, I think I would even watch a game.

Instead of blaming the Patriots for running up the score why not try and stop them. To me it would be a bigger slap in the face to take a knee. Like saying we are not going to make it any worst on you, even though we know we could.

I'm going to agree with Troy on this one...records are made in games like that...if the shoe was on the other foot Dallas would have done the same thing...its the nature of that game not to back off....look at the games where the losing team is down to last few minutes with an impossible margin to win, do they stop trying? No, its the nature of the game....reminds me of the SB win for the 49ers...55 to 10, they never backed off even though they had it won at the half...that's the highest score and largest margin in SB history...this last game with the Pats was just that

It is not like they are playing grade school kids. these are professional teams. Getting paid a lot of money. I am not sure what base pay is but I am sure that it is more than what I make in a year. Don't like the score run up on your team. Get better or quit!! Can't takethe heat...Stay out of the kitchen.
