mobile detailing water issue

I just booked a mobile job for a customer that might not have access to water. So I plan on using ONR and just fill my two buckets from the kitchen sink or bring 5 gal...

If the wheels are dirty (which they ll probably be) what is the best way to clean them.

can I use more concentrated ONR or should I just use p21 etc and rinse "by hand" with water from the bucket?

any advice would be much appreciated as I never had this problem before.
 
I clean the wheels after I wash the vehicle with the same ONR in the bucket. Haven't had an issue yet. I have wanted to use some other products but I would need to bring out the hose and I could but its way easier/quicker to do it with the ONR.
