Doing stuff.
Some of you might remember me, I wet sanded my 1990 Mercedes w126 a few months back. Well, decided to start a new detail from scratch. Got all the layers of waxes, glazes, etc off and the paint is squeaky clean. These pics are taken before any polish, wax, clay, etc. Just a bare surface.
Bought a PC 7336 SP as well as each of the propel pads yesterday, some poorboys products, and a few other odds and ends. Waiting for the propel pads to come from Exceldetail so I can get started. Still a few odd marks here and there. When I buffed the sanding marks out, I used a rotary with an aggressive Meg's pad (burgandy) with 3m medium cut, followed by fine cut, followded by some glazes. I realy should've had some more steps, so I'm going to finally finish it correctly now.
