Mirror Detailing - Decked Out 350z

MirrorDetailing

Forged Performance had me do a quick Full Detail, 1-Step, on this newly finished year long build. Car had everything nice put into it. Very nice paint job, including engine bay, fully built stroked and twin turbo motor. Everything expensive was put into this car, so they wanted it to look clean to match the great work they did. Unfortutenly, it was suppose to get done for a Magazine feature shoot tonight, but it passed the deadline. Few odds and ends could not be finished in time, plus since it was a last minute job for me and I ran into some complications early on with the black paint, by the time I finished, there was only 3 hours of light left for 6 hours worth and needed for a magazine shoot.

Anyways...

Process:

Wash w/ Maxisudds

Clayed w/ Pinn Ultra Poly Clay

Buffing:

SIP via GG DA w/ Uber Green

LSP w/ HD Proxy

Tires w/ Natural Shine

Nice work. The car is a little over the top for me. The stock 350Z is a work of art. No need to mess with it....

As my father used to say, "Why can't people just leave well enough alone..."

I kinda forgot to add, that it makes 768 at the tires. :D

A bit over the top for me, too, but the upgrades are first rate regarding quality. One expensive ride.

Great job on the detail, that's a beautiful one-stepper. And even though I agree that the Z is a little much..........

Did anyone else notice that ridiculous collection of awesome just chilling in the parking lot? Multiple GT-Rs, Evos, Stis, M3s, Zs, G Coupe, and CTS-V. Just a little jealous over here.

Yeah it was a bit over the top for me, but the more I was around it the more it grew on me. Plus it makes almost 800 at the tires....so.... lol

Yeah they always have a fun assortment of cars. A lot of them are at there other location. Generally there are a good bit more there.

Just realized most people here probably don't know about Forged. They definitely have some nice cars!

Yep detailed both of those cars multiple times. The porches, that is a old picture it has a aero racewing on it and a different set if rims.

Ok, now you're just bragging! I just had a look at their website, and they really are putting out some impressive work. That blue Evo looks especially nice.

LOL. I have been detailing for them for over a year now. Though, now I only do major details on there car, since they have gone fron 1 to 3 shop hands. But yeah, they do amazing work. All there full builds come out, either making tons of power, able to handle a road course or both.

The blue evo in one of the final pictures, that is the Manager of Competition Clutch. I was suppose to be doing a full paint correction on that one before the motor blew. Now I have to wait till its done lol.
