Apparently they aren't going to answer my email.



Maybe if they get multiple emails, they'll respond to at least one of them.
 
Try opening up RealPlayer and pasting the link into RealPlayer. Then it should have no problems. That's how I have to do it to watch the Meguiars vids.
 
oh. What version of Real do you have? Mine says V10 when it opens up.



BTW I just clicked on the link on page 1 and it played fine even without opening RealPlayer.
 
Yea I had V6 i think, i just downloaded V10 and it still doesnt play. When I click on the link on page one, it take me to the screen where there are screenshots, but the box that should have the video playing has a small black box in the upper left hand corner and then the rest of the box is blank. Right clicking the box allows me do nothing :(
 
Well I don't know what to tell you then. It works for me just clicking on the link, and it also works when I paste the link into RealPlayer. :nixweiss
 
I recently bought the Zwipes WW towel.



I washed it first, but it doesnt seem very absorbant :down



Maybe i need to wash it again :nixweiss



It passed the CD test with normal pressure, but when i pushed hard enough to crack the cd, it did leave a mark.
